Visit Moalboal is an independent community project and is not affiliated with any government agency, the Municipality of Moalboal, or any official tourism board.

2. Listing Submissions

When you submit a listing to Visit Moalboal, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy: All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• Rights: You have the right to submit this information and any photos you include. If you are submitting on behalf of a business, you have permission from the business owner.
• Photos: Any images you upload are either your own, you have permission to use them, or they are properly credited. We display photo credits when provided.
• Review Process: All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Free Service: Listing on Visit Moalboal is completely free. There is no guarantee that your submission will be published.
• Updates: You may request updates or removal of your listing by contacting us or using the "Suggest an Edit" feature.

3. User Content

By submitting content to Visit Moalboal (including listing information, photos, and feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute this content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content.

We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content. However, content submitted becomes part of the public directory and will be visible to all visitors.

4. Intellectual Property

Users must respect intellectual property rights. Do not submit content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of third parties. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us.
